My client, who is one of the innovative management consulting firms that empowers businesses of all sizes to achieve their highest potential by leading consulting professionals, is looking for a 'Project Lead. This is a Perm position with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Projects: Oversee projects and lead a team.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Presentations: Lead workshops and present insights.
- Support & Analysis: Provide operational support and structured analysis.
Essential Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in business management, top consulting, or a similar role.
- Education: Master's degree from a top university; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus. A technical background is helpful.
- Additional: PhD or academic experience is a bonus.
