To be offered the opportunity to work with this established specialist construction business on the outskirts of Brighton was an opportunity we could not turn down. Having introduced their Finance Director to the firm some ten years ago, we were delighted to be asked to assist with another key hire to the business.

Established for over thirty years, this new position with the firm role will play a visible and pivotal role ensuring the continued success and development of the business in the role of Commercial Director. Joining the senior management team and working closely with the board and wider business, you will develop, introduce and execute essential strategies within the commercial department responsible for leading the commercial team of estimators & cost surveyors in respect of winning, cost monitoring & invoicing work.

Perhaps you're frustrated in your current role by not having a voice that's heard or respected.
