Job Title:
Refrigeration Tutor / Coach
Location:
Centre and field based delivery
Salary:
up to £55,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Duties:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting.
- Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations
- Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA
- Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
Essential Criteria:

Hold one of the following teaching or coaching qualifications:

Either a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET)

OR Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)

OR relevant Coaching qualification

Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.

Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)

Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.

Experience of delivering training to adults

Good level of I.T skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
