Your Role:
Champion Customer Care: Log, manage, and chase warranty callouts with precision.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with the Heavy Equipment team to resolve issues swiftly and courteously.
Drive Service Excellence: Ensure timely quotes, manage collections, and keep customer portals updated.
Be the Go-To Expert: Answer queries with confidence and efficiency, supporting both customers and internal teams.
