Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Development: Foster and develop long-term, profitable relationships with clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services.

Promotional Activities: Collaborate with senior management to promote the company's services and brand. This involves networking and representing the company at various events.

Networking: Actively engage in networking opportunities, being adept at "working a room" to build and maintain a strong professional network.

Presentations: Confidently present to groups both in person and virtually through webinars. Tailor presentations to different audiences to maximize impact and engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to identify underperforming relationships. Develop strategies to enhance these relationships and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of developing client relationships within financial services, specifically in areas such as mortgages, wealth management, employee benefits, and insurance.

Professionalism: Highly professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentation Skills: Ability to present effectively to various audience sizes, both in person and virtually.

Networking Ability: Demonstrated skill in networking and relationship building.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and generate detailed reports for strategic decision-making.
