We have a new interim role available in the North East!
Our Newcastle based client is looking for an interim Head of Human Resources, starting asap for a period of 8 months.
The interim Head of Human Resources will work closely with the HR Director to support on day to day delivery of complex ER cases, and will lead a change project to include identifying skill gaps, fit for purpose team structures and workforce changes as the business navigates change due to growth.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is skilled in ER and Change, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage change efficiently, but with support and empathy.
This is a fixed term contract, and is Newcastle based, on-site 3 days per week.
