Are you a qualified finance professional ready to make a significant impact? My client, a dynamic and thriving retail business, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Commercial Finance team. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of the business. You'll work closely with their retail, commercial, and marketing teams, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations that will shape their e-commerce and omni-channel strategies.
How you'll spend your time_:_
- Deliver clear and concise reports on trading performance versus financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Analyse and provide insights on marketing and promotional activities to optimise performance.
- Evaluate business targets and identify risks and opportunities in the short-to-medium term.
- Lead trend analysis, financial modelling, and contribute to business cases for new initiatives.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools within Tableau.
This opportunity will be great for you if...
- You're ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with experience in a commercial role or a strong desire to dive into commercial finance.
- You possess a solid understanding of omni-channel retailing, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- You're proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau experience is a plus).
- You're a critical thinker who can distil complex data into actionable insights and a proactive and ambitious professional excited to support a growing business.
