The Commercial Insurance Account Handler Role
As the Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will be working alongside and experienced and established team.
The leads you'll receive are existing clients, sourced from multiple areas of the company, they also secure leads through referral, marketing campaigns and their network of commercial property developers.

  • You will work with clients to thoroughly understand their business, their risks, and their insurance requirements.
  • Prepare new business presentations, create renewals, and handle any mid-term adjustments
  • Ensuring all client details are updated for compliance and audit.
  • Liaising with insurers, updating changes and terms for policies
  • Chase up any outstanding documentation alongside managing any account queries, preparing invoices and understand the legal and regulatory policies.

The Commercial Insurance Account Handler Package

  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm
  • Flexible / Hybrid working
  • Salary up to £60k - negotiable
  • 20% Commission
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance

Commercial Insurance Account Handler desired skills and experience

  • Experience within Commercial insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within Commercial Insurance
  • Experience as a Commercial Insurance Account handler or Account Executive
  • Understand complex insurance requirements
  • Outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage time efficiently
  • Experience with Acturis is desirable
