Job Title: Occupational Therapist Team Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Hourly Rate: £45 per hour

Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic programs for our patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions. Your expertise will guide and support junior therapists, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered**.**
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support a team of occupational therapists to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Provide expert advice and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Keep accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Right to Work in UK
- Enhanced DBS check, dated within the last 12 months
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
