Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
Location: Office based - Shepperton

Role responsibilities of a Key Account Coordinator:

  • Managing key customer expectations
  • Conducting service reviews and working to solve problems proactively
  • Working closely with internal and external customers
  • Working closely with key customers to drive productivity
  • Working closely and communicating with internal departments regarding ETA's Keeping communication with customers and providing them with regular updates
  • Conduct regular service reviews with key customers
  • Thorough administration ensuring information is correct and accurate at all times

Desirable skills of a Key Account Coordinator:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good timekeeping skills
