Our client is a leading textiles manufacturer, supplying UK High Street retailers, Major Supermarkets and Online retailers. They now have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the business.

You will be supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver key marketing projects on licensed and owned brand portfolio, including best loved brands. With 2-3 years experience you will need to have an ability to self-start and be ready to embrace a diverse working day!

Working closely with the sales, e-com and graphics teams, you will be supporting the SBM to develop best in class marketing assets for your categories, and providing effective customer marketing support across our online and retail customer base.

With a passion for product, you will be supporting on projects across key elements of the product marketing mix, including packaging and artwork, copywriting, and retailer NPD concept creation.

Our client's online business is growing at pace, and they need to continually stay ahead of what best in class online product listings for the home category look like. This role will be crucial in effectively briefing and managing photo shoots to deliver page-stopping online results.

What will you need?

  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills. Able to prioritise workload across multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met, with an ability to multitask.
  • First class communication skills, able to work cross functionally and build key relationships across departments.
  • Laser-like attention to detail. You will have a relentless focus on 'right first time' delivery.
  • A real passion for product and experience of the home category (or similar) that will shine through all elements of marketing execution and enable you to brief and manage effective lifestyle photo shoots
  • A natural creative eye, with experience in briefing and evaluating artwork
  • A strong commercial mindset, with ability to support sales teams in pitching concepts to sales teams / buyers via impactful sales aids and selling decks.
  • Ability to generate compelling and engaging copy, with a clear features and benefits hierarchy, and in line with brand guidelines / tone of voice.
  • Experience of developing assets for online sales on marketplaces such as Amazon, Very, and Argos.
  • Driving license - occasional requirement to travel to the other offices in Middleton / photography studios in Manchester
