We are looking for someone with quality assurance experience, with knowledge of quality assurance terminology (ISO9001) and tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma)?

Quality Assurance Specialist Duties:
- Document quality assurance activities
- Identify and develop improved processes
- Record customer complaints
- Investigate issues and identify effective corrective actions
- Update and maintain procedures and other quality related documentation
- Support internal and external audits
