Tradewind are seeking a pro-active, lively and confident Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a brilliant primary school based in Kensington.
This is a small but excelling primary school with polite and well-behaved pupils who display a real willingness to learn. The school offer an exciting and wide curriculum encouraging children to explore their interests and in return have a school of keen learners!
The school require someone with prior experience supporting children with high needs, and someone who welcomes the opportunity to work 1:1 with a pupil and develop a tailored behaviour plan to encourage academic and social progress throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor is ideal
- Confident supporting children with challenging needs
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
