Account Coordinator/ Customer Services - Romanian Speaking
Our client, a very well established wellness business, are looking to recruit a Romanian speaking Account Coordinator/ Senior Customer Services Executive to join their busy customer service team.
The main purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service to a group of advocates within the business in order to contribute to the growth of the market.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct training webinars to team
- Create power point slides for presentation
- Manage weekly communications with team
- Provide clarification to team regarding strategy and offer support
- Host conference calls
- Send weekly update email and distribute minutes from conference calls in timely fashion
- Responsible for social media interaction
Qualifications and Experience
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently. Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people is a must.
