Account Coordinator/ Customer Services - Romanian Speaking

Our client, a very well established wellness business, are looking to recruit a Romanian speaking Account Coordinator/ Senior Customer Services Executive to join their busy customer service team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service to a group of advocates within the business in order to contribute to the growth of the market.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct training webinars to team
  • Create power point slides for presentation
  • Manage weekly communications with team
  • Provide clarification to team regarding strategy and offer support
  • Host conference calls
  • Send weekly update email and distribute minutes from conference calls in timely fashion
  • Responsible for social media interaction

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in English and Romanian
  • Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently. Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people is a must.
