Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for people, a knack for problem-solving and a drive to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Source, screen and interview candidates to identify those suitable for our clients requirements
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
Achieve and exceed set recruitment and customer attraction targets and KPI's
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in logistics recruitment or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
