Position Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a PA looking to step up into an EA role .

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and the Investment & Portfolio Director. This role demands high professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA will manage a broad range of administrative tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and act as a vital point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

" Full inbox management for the CEO and Investment & Portfolio Director.

" Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

" Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.

" Handle incoming communications on behalf of the CEO.

" Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality.

" Manage expenses and budgets.

" Plan and organize executive meetings, including board and leadership meetings.

" Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

" Facilitate smooth communication and information flow within the company and with external stakeholders.

" Assist with special projects and initiatives directed by the Executive Team.

" Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.

" Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, clients, and partners.

" Build and maintain strong relationships to support the priorities and objectives of the CEO and Investment & Portfolio Director.

Qualifications:

" Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, preferably supporting C-level executives.

" Background in Property or Finance is advantageous but not essential.

" Excellent organizational and time management skills.

" Strong written and verbal communication skills.

" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

" Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

" High attention to detail and accuracy.

" Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

" Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

" Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
