Working Monday to Friday 8.45-17.15

37.5 Hours per week

We're currently looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in our Leeds office. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety, where you can develop your administration skills further whilst supporting the wider teams within our business.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating customer accounts
  • Create & process SAP Purchase Orders for key teams
  • Maintaining customer/Supplier Portals to ensure compliance
  • Assist / support in the process of processing Purchase Invoices / Credits to SAP
  • Processing invoices
  • Answering incoming phone calls in polite and courteous manner
  • Prepare documentation for International deliveries
  • Ordering stationery, office supplies and Sundries.
  • Dealing with AP & AR queries
  • control of all filing & documentation

To join us in this role you will ideally hold proficient IT skills, solutions focused with a good attention to detail. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a faced paced team environment.
