Part time Administrator Location: Fareham / home working
Hours:
16 hours per week
(flexible shifts between Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM)
Salary:
£9,518.08 P/A
This is a temporary contract with a minimum of 10 months.
As an Administrator you will be:
- Processing invoices, handling discrepancies and queries.
- Liaising with other departments to manage facilities.
- Strategically sourcing new clinic venues.
- Maintaining accurate records, updating information frequently.
- Coordinating necessary facilities maintenance.
- Data entry duties.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties.
- Handling a busy telephone and inbox.
- Ordering stock and supplies.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and bookings.
- Handling internal and external inquiries.
- Processing and organizing inbound and outbound post.
The ideal Administrator will have/be:
- Able to work independently, be well-organised.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Previous experience of Facilities Management desirable.
- Ability to multitask.
