The Role: Corporate Solicitor
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Working arrangements: Hybrid 1 day in office 4 at home
The Role:
This specialist award-winning firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their ever growing team. This firm is a forward-thinking firm that embraces modern technology to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law to work from their homes while still enjoying full administrative support in a flexible and dynamic online office environment. The majority of cases will be working with businesses with a value of £1-3 million.
You will have the benefit of working closely with the Director and receive constant support and training with strong career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on corporate legal issues and providing strategic solutions
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conducting due diligence on corporate transactions up to £3 million
- Representing clients in negotiations and meetings
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and regulations affecting corporate law
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Strong background in corporate law
- Previous experience dealing with corporate transactions/clients worth £1million upwards
- Happy to be in the office 1 day per week
