Tru Recruitment have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary/Administrator working for a highly respected and successful law firm in Cheltenham.

Maybe you are a recent law graduate with an interest in commercial property or perhaps someone that has previous Legal secretarial or audio experience? We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join this very successful Commercial Property Department.

Duties as a Legal Secretary will include;

  • Provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the commercial property team.
  • Audio typing and document preparation.
  • Conduct legal research to assist solicitors.
  • Manage stamp duty processes and liaise with clients and third parties.
  • Organise meetings and deal with email communication and correspondence.

What we're looking for:

  • A law graduate or an experienced Legal Secretary/Audio Typist.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
