Your role will be to lead a team of Cleaning Operatives within the Estates Department. You will be responsible for supporting the Cleaning Services Supervisor to ensure that college facilities are cleaned to the highest standards. This will involve allocating work to cleaning staff and ensuring that the work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
