Description
The Interim Legal Counsel position will involve the following tasks:
- Drafting, review and negotiation of a range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Prepare contractual documentation
- Provide legal advice to a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Provide support for contract renewals and variations
- Overseeing any potential legal disputes
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified solicitor
- Recent experience of working in a commercial in house based role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
Job Offer
This is an Interim position for 3 months.
Hybrid/flexible working can be offered, but some office attendance would be required to meet with key stakeholders.
