Job Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and any concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle rental agreements
- Provide information on vehicle options, rental terms, and company services
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, striving for a positive outcome
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the system
- Work towards a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Customer Service
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- No prior experience needed, but any previous customer service experience is a plus
Pay and benefits
- Competitive Salary: £14,000 - £17,000 depending on experience
- Paid Holidays: Offering 28 days including bank holidays
- Training and Development: Structured on-the-job training, with regular progress reviews and mentoring.
