Job Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and any concerns they may have. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the car rental industry while working towards a qualification in customer service.This opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle rental agreements
  • Provide information on vehicle options, rental terms, and company services
  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, striving for a positive outcome
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the system
  • Work towards a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Customer Service

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • No prior experience needed, but any previous customer service experience is a plus

Pay and benefits

  • Competitive Salary: £14,000 - £17,000 depending on experience
  • Paid Holidays: Offering 28 days including bank holidays
