Job Title: Quality Engineer
Salary: Competitive
Hours: General business hours Monday - Friday
Location: Newton Aycliffe
The key responsibilities are:
- Product, Process and System audits
- Corrective & Preventive Action
- Internal and external non-conformance (Customer, Supplier and Production NC's)
- Product measurement, Inspection and Testing
- Quality reporting and data Analysis (incl: SPC and Cap Studies)
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Quality Engineer
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or above qualification
- Self motivated
- Experience with:
- 8D problem solving, CARs
- Lean Tools and Techniques
- Integrated Management systems
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, Process Flow documentation
