The key responsibilities of a Part-time Finance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;
- Manage the organisation's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
- Develop strategic financial plans for the organisation's growth.
- Ensure compliance with finance regulations and legislation.
- Manage budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.
Profile
A successful Part-time Finance Manager should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background.
- Ability to commute to Manchester.
- Part qualified Accountancy or experienced in related field.
- A strong background in financial management and accounting.
- Experience in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Working knowledge of finance regulations and legislation.
