Indoor Sales/Customer Service Executive - B2B /B2C Logistics/ Parcels - Twickenham
Salary up to : £28K Base Plus Excellent Commission Good Prospects
Working hours, 10.00am to 17.00pm, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
Our client is a major player in the UK Parcels, Courier, Freight and Logistics Market with a large number of branches across the UK.
The Role
We are a small, friendly but rapidly growing company based in Twickenham
Our remit is to help all types of businesses in our area that send out parcels and/or pallets, in the UK and Internationally.
Due to our consistent high growth we are now looking for an enthusiastic, determined sales/customer service individual who would enjoy being an integral part of a small team with varying responsibilities.
Full time working hours, 10.00am to 17.00pm, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities:
- Customer servicing & support to existing/new customers with general admin duties.
- Outbound telesales calling, generating new leads.
- Quoting customers.
- Taking bookings.
- Arranging collections/deliveries.
- Problem solving.
Required education, skills & qualifications:
- At least 3 years of previous sales/customer service/account managing office experience.
- Perfect spoken English is essential.
- PC literate.
- You MUST have a competent level of use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. (Training will be given on our CRM system).
- Must have a good telephone manner with a warm, sincere & likeable personality.
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
Must have a Logistics / Shipping / Freight background.
