Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and well-structured lessons.
Encourage active participation and curiosity among students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Employ strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Minimum one year of experience working in a primary school setting.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and engage students in dynamic learning experiences.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Passion for supporting the holistic development of children.
