Proactive Personnel are working with a reputable engineering company who are looking for additional support on their admin team with an Administrator to support the Engineering department.
Duties will include:
- Checking the accuracy of all production documentation
- Liaising with areas of the business to ensure records are accurate and timely
- Managing your own work load and escalating any supply or quality issues
- Minute taking, producing documentation in electronic format, assisting in document control, procurement and expediting deliveries.
- Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
- Use of SAGE and Microsoft Office to create new projects.
- Arrange shipping of client orders and associated documentation
You will need:
- Previous administration experience - ideally within an engineering environment
- Document control experience would be beneficial
- A hands on attitude, willing to assist in the team as required
- Excellent attention to detail
Details of the role include:
- Full time hours 40 p/w Monday to Friday - 5 days per week, flexible working hours to suit as long as core hours of 10-3 are covered.
