Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. - One in three weekends worked.
Your new role
- Quote and sell luxury services, impress every individual you interact with through your friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism.
- Promptly contact everyone who has received a quote but has not yet made a reservation to encourage them to book.
- Clearly explain the terms and conditions of reservations and collect the correct payment at the time of booking. Ensure all services are accurately explained, reserved, and charged.
- Accurately amend client bookings as required and pass the details to our Customer Services team.
- Address any client questions by thoroughly understanding the company's products, services, features, and pricing.
- Be prepared to work one weekend out of every three.
- Stay up to date with the industry situation, benchmarks, the latest sales trends and best practices.
- 5 days a week in office.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service experience
Have your own car and a full driving licence.
Be based in Reading
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills are imperative while dealing with clients who are high-net-worth individuals.
You must also have problem-solving skills, be a team player, have good time-management skills and the ability to add to our motivational, fun and friendly corporate culture.
What you'll get in return
Basic annual salary of £24,500 per annum with OTE of £27,000 plus tax-free incentives.
Progression opportunities after 2 successful years with the company.
