FRIDAY: 08.30 - 15.30
£13.00 - £14.00 PER HOUR DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
People Solutions are looking for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor for our Client based in Birmingham.
The requirement to speak native French is necessary for this role as you will be speaking to French Nationals on the phone.
Many of the French Nationals that you speak to will speak French as their first language.
This is a hybrid working role as you will be working three days in the office and two days a week at home.
You will be provided with a laptop to work from home.

Day to Day Duties
- Responsible for conducting unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of Clients.
- You will be predominately speaking to French Nationals on the phone, many of whom may not be able to speak English as their first language
- Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
- Answer questions about product specifications
- Book appointments with relevant prospects
- Complete data cleansing activities
- Carry out market research into various industries
- Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various make-ups
- Accurately and efficiently enter details
Essential Skills
You must be able to speak French fluently as you will be speaking to, and corresponding, with French Nationals who may not be able to speak English.
Desirable Experience
Previous Market Research or Contact Centre experience would be desirable.
Training
Two weeks office-based training provided, which is fully paid.
