Are you a Pre-Construction Manager looking for your next challenge and want to experience working in the water industry? Our team is seeking a leader to manage a variety of clean and wastewater projects on our Welsh Water Framework.
You'll be integral to shaping the future of one of our largest civils team in the business – key to delivering Welsh Waters goals of creating a better future for their communities. Schemes are varied in both size and complexity but typically consists of a high degree of traditional civils with an element of mechanical and electrical works, that range in size from £250k to > £10m plus.

Newport, Swansea and Cardiff
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop programme of forward workload, with resource allocation
- Arrange work streams, assessing percentage of securing and start on site dates
- Generate workload location mapping
- Establish key commitment dates, and plan to achieve them
- Manage IDP stages and requirements
- Manage and assess attendee requirements and preparation
- Coordinate internal operational, commercial/estimating, and design requirements towards supporting the pre-construction stage.
- Manage supply chain support at pre-construction stage, including programme and procurement times
- Coordinate wider business support towards cost and product information gathering
- Develop cost and information library/bank to support future opportunities
