Payroll Assistant
Temporary (minimum period of 6 weeks)
Basildon
Monday - Friday - On site - 37.5 hours per week
£16.00 to £18.00 Per Hour
One to One are proud to be working with an innovative, market leading manufacturing business based in Basildon, Essex. Thanks to a continuing demand in business, our client is looking for a temporary Payroll Assistant who will oversee weekly and monthly payroll services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years payroll experience along with previous CIS knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Addressing queries
- Advising on issues
- Assisting with other projects
- Using in-house accounting software
On the CIS side, you will support with
- CIS compliance
- Record keeping
- Deductions and returns
- Supporting with queries and liaising with HMRC
Requirements
- Payroll / CIS Administrator
- Experience of CIS clients would be advantageous
- You will be a technically proficient Payroll Administrator who has a minimum of 2- 3 years or more experience in Payroll
- This position will sit within an experienced finance team so you will be well supported. They use bespoke accounting software, but training will be provided
