We are looking for an experienced Italian speaking virtual EA to support the Managing Director of a technical consulting firm. You must be fluent in Italian and English. You will be working 6 hours per week remotely and you will be required to meet in person in Central London once a month. Your hours can be flexible between Monday – Friday. WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be supporting the MD with business and personal related duties.
- Diary management and meeting scheduling
- Organising complex travel itineraries, business and personal
- Visa and travel booking
- Inbox management, flagging urgent matters
- Assisting with recruitment – creating job adverts and posting
- Assistance with the Newsletters
- Updating the CRM
- Meeting preparation, writing agendas and minute taking
- International travel coordination
- Managing personal billing, bookkeeping and business expenses
- Proofreading and editing documents
- Event management and arranging social events
- Assisting with the website
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Italian speaking EA with relevant experience. You must have a strong eye for detail and thrive off organisation admin and logistics.
Essential requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience as an EA
- Excellent IT skills, full knowledge of full Microsoft packages
- Fluent in verbal Italian. Fluent in verbal & written English
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Mailchimp knowledge
- Recruitment knowledge
- Search Engine Optimisation knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Discretion in every task
- Proactive nature, detailed oriented and super organised
