We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistant to join their team for a 12-week assignment. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
  • Support team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
