Duties - Commis/Demi Chef de Partie

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Follow recipes and ensure adherence to kitchen standards
  • Help with kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation
