Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Office-based with extensive UK & international travel
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + GBS bonus
Car/Car Allowance: £4,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by nurturing and converting leads into sales. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key brands, identifying opportunities, and meeting KPIs. You'll work closely with the Head of Business Development and support from a Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Generate £1 million in invoiced sales annually, with 40% GP
  • Lead Generation: Create £500,000 worth of new opportunities monthly
  • Customer Meetings: Conduct 25 meetings with customers each month
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong connections with clients
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to identify emerging markets and prospects
