Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
DK Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Repairs Scheduler with experience in Social Housing and Scheduling, including working with NHF SOR codes. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with tenants, ensuring accurate use of NHF SOR codes.
- Maintain and update CAFM system.
- Communicate with engineers and handle customer enquiries.
- Ensure work orders meet SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Social Housing and Scheduling experience is essential.
