London Brookes College is delighted to be recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Administrator to join our team. We are non-profit Organisation and growing business. This is an exciting time to join a friendly business and a great opportunity to use your bookkeeping experience, management experience and take ownership of finance and admin department of the college.

This is a dual role working in a small team where you will be responsible for the Finance department and admin side of the business. Following are the requirements of the role but not limited:

1. Creating the Invoices for the customer using the software.

2. Control of Account receivable and payable.

3. Bookkeeping of the accounts including the reconciliations of the supplier, purchases, bank.

4. Dealing directly with Finance controller and Director of the college.

5. Dealing with rental income and tenants of the property.

6. Dealing with all other finance related tasks and management.

7. Working closely with the teams to make sure all the tasks has been carried our smoothly to run the business.

8. Carrying out other adhoc activities.

Hours : Monday - Friday

Location: In office, Hendon
