Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their UK-based European headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer service across both the UK and EU markets.
As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer journey – from onboarding to final delivery – is smooth, compliant, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective support
Work closely with internal teams to meet specific customer needs and delivery requirements
Accurately process orders using the JDE Oracle system, ensuring correct item numbers and pricing
Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries
Ensure compliance with EU retail regulations, including the EU TSD
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, maintaining clear and accurate internal records
Monitor, review, and update customer orders as needed
Provide support for other accounts during staff absences or peak times
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail in order processing
Comfortable working with colleagues across multiple languages and cultures
Knowledge of product barcoding and EU compliance is a strong plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades A–C)
Additional language skills would be beneficial
