THE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Develop a marketing strategy that delivers regular, effective multi-channel customer engagement whilst driving performance across product and sales activity.
- Oversee marketing and communications activity to ensure brand identity and positioning is consistent and fit for purpose.
- Review marketing and campaign reporting to facilitate insights, drive performance, and enable strategic decisions.
- Liaise with sales, product, and leadership teams to integrate products/services into messaging and marketing activities.
- Determine appropriate channels to bring products to market and grow the business.
- Work with teams to map target customer segments, requirements, and pain points.
THE IDEAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 3 years' marketing experience with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and immerse themselves in the business.
- Good grasp of numbers/structuring due to technical subject matter.
- Energy experience nice to have but not required.
- Experience with large industrial/commercial customers is a benefit.
