Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Performance to join our Performance & Information department on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and analysing performance data to drive excellence across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage performance programs across multiple sites.
- Analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Produce detailed and comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance goals.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in programme management.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Senior-level experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in complex report writing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
