We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a highly successful business working at the cuting edge of Technology. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and play a critical role in a variety of exciting projects across many technologies. You will be expected to attend the office a few times per week for regular team collaboration time.

- Communicating with customers regularly with regards to their incident/change request.
- Diagnosing and resolving Client issues across various technologies
- Working closely with colleagues and clients to fully understand best possible strategy to deliver the best possible solution
- Assisting Technical Directors with pre-sales and Project Scoping
Ther ideal person will have a good technical background across most widely used technologies and been keen to constantly improve and develop existing and new skills.

- Desktop/Remote Support
- Microsoft
