Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: £170/day plus holiday pay
Working Model: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative Recruiter to join their Human Resources team in Central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation, where the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping talent acquisition efforts.

Role Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organisation attracts and secures top talent for key positions. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that support the company's business goals and drive the acquisition of top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Expertise in Candidate Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify candidates who not only meet role-specific criteria but also fit within the company's culture.
  • Collaboration and Decision-Making: Work with multiple teams to influence key hiring decisions and provide solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
  • Early Talent and Graduate Recruitment: Utilise strategic experience in early talent and graduate recruitment to attract and retain the next generation of leaders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated expertise in candidate assessments and recruitment processes.
  • Strong skills in managing candidate relationships and building lasting connections.
  • Proven strategic recruitment experience, particularly in the early talent and graduate recruitment sectors.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to contribute to key decisions across various teams.
