My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking an experienced INTERNAL RECRUITER to join their expanding team!
Duties will include:
- Completing the on-board process
- Issuing offer letter/ contracts
- Onboarding/ offboarding
- Driving recruitment campaigns
- Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Working closely with operations manager/ directors
- Arrange training and keeping training records up to date
- Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards
- General admin when needed
Skills required:
- Previous Recruitment/ HR experience
- PC literate
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proactive
- Good time management
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0800-1600 / 0900-1800
