Your new role
We are seeking a Property Compliance Assistant to join our team for a role based in the North West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day admin, helpdesk and coordination support to the property compliance team
- Use the in-house CAFM system to ensure all compliance processes are followed and documented correctly- Schedule the PPM programme across the estates
- Support the in-house helpdesk function with reactive maintenance calls
- Liaise with engineers and sub-contractors performing work across the estates
What you'll need to succeed
Skills and Experience:
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- IT skills
- Experience on CAFM systems, Excel and Microsoft Teams (Desired)
