Job Title: Water Treatment Business Development Manager.

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.

Salary / Benefits £30k - £55k + Benefits + company vehicle + commission.

Our client is an industry leading provider of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene services across Public Sector, Educational, Leisure, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage site. They are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Business Development Manager. You will be joining their Midlands office, and will be responsible for managing, and growing existing closed system, steam boiler and cooling tower accounts as well as sourcing new business. This role would suit someone who is business minded and is able to confidently upsell and promote company products as well as efficiently manage accounts. For the successful candidate, our client can offer an attractive holiday allowance, commission, regular pay reviews, and overtime with generous rates.

Experience & Qualifications:

" Experience working within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry, working within a sales / business management role.

" Proven track record of managing and building existing closed system, steam boiler and cooling tower accounts, alongside sourcing new business.

" Strong management and leadership skills.

" Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.

" Excellent communication skills via phone, email & face-to-face.

" Able to manage workload efficiently.

The Role:

" Managing and growing existing water treatment accounts across Educational, Leisure, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage sites.

" Consistently and efficiently managing, developing, and monitoring the businesses forecasting and budgeting.

" Managing and supporting the day to day needs of Water Treatment Account Managers.

" Continuing to build relationships with clients.

" Finding opportunities to upsell and promote products to new and existing clients.

" Working on internal company systems, ensuring that they are accurately and up to date.

" Creating sales presentations and presenting sales pitches.

" Producing monthly and annual sales reports.

" Attending meetings to discuss client requirements, and financial aspects of projects, ensuring to represent the company professionally.

" Ensuring work carried out on site adheres to HSG 274 / ACoP L8.

" Carrying out training and development with new and existing employees.
