Purchase Ledger Clerk

Sewell Wallis are currently working with a brilliant construction company based on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

This role would suit somebody who has previous experience across finance and wants to be part of a sociable team. This role will report into the AP manager and to be considered, you should be confident, bubbly and have brilliant communication skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices.
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices.
  • Being a main point of contact for incoming purchase ledger queries.
  • Processing CIS returns.
  • Processing supplier payments.

What skills are we looking for?

  • You should have previous experience within purchase ledger.
  • Have worked within the construction industry previously (Desirable).
  • Have brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident to fit into a sociable and friendly team.
