Service Care legal are currently working alongside a booming Local Authority, based in Norfolk, which is currently in need of a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a part-time basis.
Role: Planning Lawyer
Salary: £45-£55ph
Location: Norfolk - fully remote
Duration: 6 months rolling contract - 15 to 20 hours a week
The role of a Senior Planning Lawyer:
- Support the county planning authority with a TCPA highways application
- You will also handle a small caseload of general planning matters - s106s, s278s and general planning advice
- Assist officers with any administrative work that may be required from time to time
The Person:
- Experience of large scale TCPA and 1992 general regs applications is essential
- A solicitor, barrister or legal executive with 3+ years of PQE in Planning Law
- Someone who is organised and self-motivated and is prepared to contribute and improve upon the efficiency of the team
