About the Role:
Department: Therapy Inpatients
Grade: Band 6
Contract Type: 3 months initially
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to inpatients in various settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Educate and advise patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with departmental policies.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service development.
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) Registration.
- Proven experience in an inpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in NHS Setup preferred.
- Postgraduate training or certification in specialized physiotherapy techniques.
