Clay Modeller - 39760 - £42.38/hr umbrella rate

The purpose of this role is to assist in the development of world class clay models for exterior and interior designs within the company's creative process. This opportunity requires a creative individual who is able to adapt to new technologies and use an array of analogue and digital tools to contribute to the design process for four individual brands.
In your first few weeks in this Clay Modeller role, you can expect to:
- Support the Senior Clay Sculptor Modeller on various projects across our four brands
- Apply a logical modelling approach to achieve the delivery of Creative clay properties to the recognised company standards within given timelines
- Report timing and process issues to the lead modeller whilst resolving or escalating any modelling issues as required
- Understand and utilise new technologies to improve our clay modelling process.
To apply for this Clay Modeller role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Previous experience of clay modelling within a design studio
- Hard modelling skills
- A good background and experience of working in an OEM Design Studio
- Experience using 3 axis CNC milling machines and measuring equipment.
